Patrick is the founder of Willmott Enterprises and his vision was to help the small to medium business owner exit, happy in the knowledge that the organisation will be looked after safeguarding the structure and integrity and core values that have been established over the years. Having been a business owner himself he understands the stresses of compiling an exit plan, whilst running the day to day operation. Patrick's ideas and solution based thinking will offer you a resolution that you may never have thought of. Debbie Bayley

Debbie brings with her a lifetime of experience and knowledge from the Recruitment sector and HR. She has worked for small businesses, large corporate private firms and public organisations. Through her hands on experience and project ownership, Debbie understands the complexities of setting up a new business from conception to birth and beyond. 

Debbie feels passionately about people and she believes the core and success of any business is down to the team within it. She thrives on helping others to achieve their true potential. When you meet her for the first time, there will be no doubt about her integrity, fairness and caring nature.
